Todd Childers
Todd attended the graduate program in Visual Communication (Graphic Design) at the California Institute of the Arts From 1992-1993. During the process of earning a Master of Fine Arts degree at CalArts, where he delved into digital imaging and font design. During his time at CalArts he studied font design with Jeffery Keedy and Phil Baines. After graduation he has been teaching graphic design at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

The fonts Burn Out, and Usher were included in Steven Heller's book "Letterforms: Bawdy, Bad and Beautiful" in 2000
Garage Fonts Typefoundry's "Next Big Thing Competition", the font Usher received Honorable Mention Award in 1998.
The fonts Burn Out, Fraktura, and Usher were included in Graphis Digital Fonts in 1997.
The font Burn Out was included in: Raygun magazine art directed by David Carson June/July issue in 1994.
