Philip Lammert
Philip Lammert was born in Germany in 1985. He started studying Communication Design in Düsseldorf, enjoyed a semester abroad in Guatemala City, and finished his studies in 2015 with a Master’s degree at the HAW Hamburg with a focus on typeface design, supervised by Jovica Veljovič. His interest in brands lead him to work in various corporate design agencies and a company. From 2019 onwards he worked as a self-employed Communication Designer in Hamburg.
His typeface design debut was Peter (2014). As part of his Master’s thesis he designed DIN Neue Roman (2018). He published further fonts thereafter.
