Find fonts by name
Identifont also provides a powerful search facility, to enable you to locate fonts by entering all or part of the name.
It uses Doyoumean technology to locate the correct font, even if you are not quite sure of the exact name or spelling.
Fonts are typically named by the typeface family name, such as "Helvetica", followed by the style name, such as "Regular", "Bold", "Oblique", etc. However, there is no consistent naming convention, and the regular weight of a font often has different names, such as "Plain" or "Book".
On Identifont we have chosen to omit the style name for the regular weight of the font, so, for example, "Helvetica Regular" is listed as just "Helvetica".
