Ronald Underwood
Ron Underwood was born in Sevenoaks, Kent, UK in 1941 and started work in a small advertising agency in 1957. With day release to London Printing School and practical instruction he learnt the skills of printing, design and typography. Having been married and divorced he is now living in Surrey, UK with partner of 20+ years.
He always had an affinity with type and typography and first started design of typefaces before the digital revolution (hand drawn) but none published although submitted to font suppliers. A few years ago started afresh and released one of the original designs Arcron plus some other fonts.
