Johannes Birkenbach
Johannes Birkenbach began his career drawing typefaces with D. Stempel AG in 1983, and moved to digital typeface design and development while working at Linotype in Germany. He subsequently worked with Monotype in the UK.
Since 1994 Johannes has operated his own design studio in Germany, and in 2008 he joined Ascender Corporation to run their German office.
