Christian Acker
Christian Acker was born in 1979, in Norwalk Connecticut. Spending his formative years in the punk rock wastelands of suburban New Jersey, he studied Communication Design at Parson School of Design, where he graduated with honors in 2002.
At the time of this biography Christian is Senior Graphic Designer at Zoo York Skateboards in New York City, where he has been since 2004. In addition to the day job Christian is the founder and Art Director of Adnauseum, Inc. a small independent design studio, and Handselecta, a type foundry dedicated to designing fonts based upon the handstyles of graffiti writers around the world.
Christian lives in Astoria, Queens with his wife Emma, and their children, Finley and Gillian.
