Steve Mehallo has been working in the graphic design field since the late 1980s, having developed visuals for a wide range of companies in several industries: Microsoft, Monotype, Pacific Bell, Netscape, The David & Lucile Packard Foundation, and Robert Half International, among others.
Mehallo teaches graphic design history, publication design and beginning typography as part of the Art New Media program at American River College in Sacramento.
In addition, Mehallo is the president of the Sacramento Art Directors and Artists Club, a board member of San Francisco-based Another Poster for Peace - and the art director of The Sacramento Union magazine.
He has also developed fonts and illustrated a daily comic strip. He currently works from his Sacramento-based home studio for a handful of regional and national clients.
