Craig Frazier

Craig Frazier is a graphic designer and illustrator. His career in graphic design began back in 1978, and he has owned his own business since then. He designed trademarks, brochures, annual reports, packaging, posters and advertising. His work won him numerous awards and international acclaim, with articles on his achievements appearing in journals such Communication Arts, Critique Museum and Graphis. There is a permanent collection of his work at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. He has been a lecturer for various design organisations and publications. He was an instructor at the California College of Arts and Crafts, and a guest instructor at Kent State Summer Graduate Program.

In 1996 he shifted his focus away from graphic design to illustration. As an illustrator he has been commissioned by international design firms, advertising agencies, and publications. His client list includes such household names as Adobe, American Express, MasterCard, and Royal Mail. He is a regular contributor to the New York Times Op/ed page as well as Time magazine and Readers Digest. Among his publications are the monograph The Illustrated Voice (2003) and two children's books, one of which, "The Tiny Brown Seed", was written by his daughter. He is married, with two children and lives in California.
