Pablo Desportes
Pablo Desportes studied at ENSAAMA (Olivier de Serre), Paris from 2014 to 2017, and he received a BA from La Cambre, Brussels, in 2020. His BA project proposed three variable typefaces which actively help fix layouts. Pablo published the free monthly magazine Revue Tintamarre (2019/20), showcasing the work of 13 international art and design students.
Since joining Lineto in mid-2020, Pablo has been responsible for much of the graphic design output on the website, including type specimen and online publications. He redeveloped the dot-matrix face LL DMT (2021/22), making it playfully variable, and also designed the reiteration of the typographic ready-made LL Plot (2022). LL Supremus, his graphic counterpart to LL Supreme, was released in February 2024 and was followed by LL Supermax, a fresh new radical take on a 90s Lineto icon.
