Jefferson Cortinove
Jefferson Cortinove is a Brazilian designer, artist and teacher. After taking a masters in communication he graduated in fine arts from Sao Paulo State University (UNESP). Since 2000 he has been teaching Educational/Graphic Design and Typography at the Centro Universitário de Brusque (UNIFEBE).
In 1998 he published “Open Quotation”, a book of visual poetry, and from 2010 he has participated in the German font calendar project Typodarium. He has founded the sites Cort9.com, Sea Types, and Charlotte Studio dedicated to typography and design.
In his spare time he is a sailor and winegrower.
